In the year of 2018, my grandmother began to develop Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's is a disease much like Dementia in effect and cruelty. This disease makes people forget. Alzheimer's can make you forget anything and everything: How to brush your teeth, how to comb your hair, and also things like your kids, in-laws, grandkids, and much, much more. My grandmother now has forgotten her name, her kids, and she has forgotten me. Still, a subconscious part of her knows I'm "Her People," that I am friendly and she once knew me. I miss who she was, and am pained to say I don't remember how she was before. Didn't pay enough attention to the little things, always took it for granted. I don't remember her sentences. Did she like to use adjectives? Did she always smile when she said something funny? Did she stutter? Even though she is still alive, it feels like we've lost her. Because her essence, what makes her her, is gone. Her memories. This tragedy has taught me to never take having the people you love beside you for granted. And it has also inspired me to donate all profits of this business to Alzheimer's research.
Feeding time is the most important time, and often the time where the most mistakes are made. Double feedings, skipping meals, and forgetting whether our pets were fed or not are the most common mistakes - ones that I'm sure every owner has made at least once. That is why we made this product - something to avoid these mistakes and therefore help the well-being of our pets. We appreciate your support and hope that our signs help you!
